Purchase and download the Plugin. Also download QuickBook-Sample-Files from the link in Store.
During the purchase process you will receive a Serial Number used for activation after installing the plugin.
Import the Template Assembly, List, Report and Job files into TradeTek from the QuickBook-Sample-Files folder.
That folder also contains the Getting Started guide. It shows how to share data between TradeTek and QuickBooks.
It will take a couple hours to complete the Getting Started guide for the initial setup and learning process.
Once TradeTek and QuickBooks is connected, sharing data for each job requires a few clicks using the API built into Plugin.
Users can manage their Material and Labor lists in either TradeTek or QuickLicense and populate Estimates for each job.

The API interface allows you to read and write data to and from many areas within the
application.
A Plugin or External App sends API commands to TradeTek through the clipboard or a text
file.
The API can either be accessed internally via a plugin or can be accessed externally
from another application which has been granted access.
