- How do I license TradeTek for multiple computers?
- TradeTek is licensed with a Serial Number that determines how many computers can be activated.
Users can purchase additional licenses from the TradeTek Software website or contact Customer
Support at info@tradeteksoftware.com to purchase multiple licenses in bulk.

- I bought new computer, how do I move my TradeTek License?
- First, we recommend to make a copy of your TradeTek Preferences folder and Job folders to
store on the new computer.
Select the About TradeTek dialog from the File drop-down menu.
Click the License dialog.
Present the License Options dialog.
Select the Release License panel and click OK.
The license is now blocked on the old computer.
Your Serial Number is available for use on the new computer.

- What version of TradeTek am I running on my computer?
- Users can easily check by selecting About TradeTek from the File drop-down menu.
The About TradeTek dialog will display the Version, Build date, license type
and License button.
- Help, I got "Activation Failed. Invalid Serial Number entered" and
"This Application was not activated" messages?
- The "Activation Failed. Invalid Serial Number entered” message usually means:
- An extra blank space may exist in the field, especially when copying/pasting.
- A wrong digit was types of dashes are missing. Confirm the Serial Number entered is correct.
- The entered Serial Number does not match the installed license.
Perhaps the wrong installer was downloaded and installed. If you installed the Lifetime
license, but purchased Subscription or vice versa, then contact TradeTek Customer Service at
info@TradeTekSoftware.com to assist.
- I just made a purchase, where is my Serial Number?
- After purchasing, you should receive an email with the subject name "Order Summary".
Check the email account you used when ordering.
Check your spam folder.
It may 30 minutes for delivery.
Use the lookup Serial Number button on License dialog.

- From the File drop-down menu, select the About TradeTek dialog.
Click the License button.
Click the License Options button to see the Activation Data panel.
- Where can I find the download links for older version(s) of TradeTek?
- Navigate to the Help tab in the TradeTek application. Here you can find all the previous
versions of TradeTek in the Archives folder.
Users with a TradeTek Subscription edition can always download newer versions
when available.
Users with a grandfathered TradeTek Lifetime edition may continue to use an older version
forever or optionally purchase TradeTek Updates to get newer versions.
