TradeTek Subscription users can easily manage their subscription account by accessing
the Subscription Portal. Below are two ways to gain access.

First option:
Click on the "Goto Customer Portal" link provided in our Manage Subscription webpage:

Access the portal with your email address used to purchase the subscription.

Second option:
From the About TradeTek dialog, click the License button to launch the dialog.
From the License dialog, the Customer ID is entered to access the Subscription Portal.
Reference your Order Summary email containing the Order ID and Customer ID information.

The Stripe portal allows users to change payment information or cancel a subscription.
When a subscription is canceled, users can continue to use TradeTek until the next
renewal date.

No, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To restart your subscription, you will need to purchase a new Serial Number.
When you launch TradeTek, enter the new Serial Number to restart your subscription.
Your saved TradeTek preferences and job data should all be available in the new subscription.

I purchased multiple Lifetime or Subscription licenses on Windows.
Can I move one license to Mac?

No, Lifetime or Subscription license is forever assigned to that platform.
Each platform requires unique R&D, custom software and customer support.

To use TradeTek on a different platform, purchase a Subscription Serial Number for that platform.
The license count for a Subscription can be reduced if not currently active on allowed number of machines.
Contact TradeTek to increase or decrease the license count for a Subscription or change Monthly to Annual.

Does TradeTek offer a refund?

TradeTek sales are NOT eligible for any form of "Buyer" Purchase Protection.
TradeTek Software provides digital software products that cannot be returned.
No refunds will be issued, but a Subscription can be cancelled at any time.
